All sales are final. Please check your order thoroughly and be sure of the size, fit, colour, material. We release limited pieces and products go out of stock very fast. If the product you ordered is defected/damaged or you have received the wrong item please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product on support@innamoratoclo.com. If the order you placed is defected/damaged and no longer in stock you will be given a refund. The refund should come in 5-10 business days. Please note that the product must be unused and all tags and labels should be attached. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are weighed before dispatching so it is impossible if you have received an empty package. Please do not create false claims just to get your order returned/refunded/replaced. All claims will be rejected.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
